Software and automation for precast concrete plants
We automate production plants for the manufacture of ceilings and walls. Modern precast concrete plants produce made-to-measure precast concrete parts, giving architects every degree of freedom when planning their buildings. The CAD program calculates the required precast concrete parts from the building drawing. Based on this data, our control and instrumentation technology controls the automated production of the precast concrete plant. At the end of this highly efficient process, the required wall and floor elements are available just-in-time - in the exact order in which they are needed on the construction site.
