What | Content

The check-up includes the following services:

  • Rough determination of target data
    Based on your information, the material flows are roughly analyzed and recorded in a material flow overview.
  • On-site workshop
    The workshop is the central component of the check-up. Based on the determined data, we develop a vision for a suitable logistics concept together with you. In doing so, we take into account the structural conditions and already discuss the opportunities and risks of the proposed technical solutions in the workshop.
  • Sketching the solution idea
    After the workshop, we document the results and produce an initial layout sketch of the proposed solution. This already gives an idea of the future system and the required space.
  • Rough budgeting
    In addition, a first investment budget is determined so that you can estimate the profitability of the project.
  • Handover of documentation and final presentation
    At the end of the check-up, we present the compiled results in a presentation. An important component is the next steps: These are recommendations for action that you can implement directly.

How much | Costs

The costs amount to a lump sum of 6,000 euros plus any incidental and travel expenses.

For this scope of planning, five approx. person-days (without travel time) are realistic.
