The check-up includes the following services:
- Rough determination of target data
Based on your information, the material flows are roughly analyzed and recorded in a material flow overview. - On-site workshop
The workshop is the central component of the check-up. Based on the determined data, we develop a vision for a suitable logistics concept together with you. In doing so, we take into account the structural conditions and already discuss the opportunities and risks of the proposed technical solutions in the workshop. - Sketching the solution idea
After the workshop, we document the results and produce an initial layout sketch of the proposed solution. This already gives an idea of the future system and the required space. - Rough budgeting
In addition, a first investment budget is determined so that you can estimate the profitability of the project. - Handover of documentation and final presentation
At the end of the check-up, we present the compiled results in a presentation. An important component is the next steps: These are recommendations for action that you can implement directly.

FAQ rund um Logistikplanung Checkup
Die Logistikplanung Checkup richtet sich an Logistikverantwortliche, die ihr interne Logistik erweitern oder optimieren müssen, sich aber noch nicht über das zukünftige Konzept im Klaren sind. Insbesondere fragen sie sich, ob sich eine automatisierte Intralogistik für Ihr Unternehmen lohnt.
Die Kosten für den Checkup durch die Logistikplanungsprofis von Unitechnik belaufen sich pauschal auf 7.500 Euro zzgl. eventuell anfallenden Neben- und Reisekosten.
Der Aufwand für die Logistikplanung bei Unitechnik liegt bei ca. 5 Tagen und verteilt sich auf Vorbereitung, Vor-Ort-Workshop, Konzeption, Abstimmung und Dokumentation. Die Gesamtdauer liegt bei ca. einem Monat, abhängig von der Reaktionszeit auf beiden Seiten.
Der Check-up ist die erste Phase des Drei-Phasen-Plans. Nach Abschluss des Check-ups kann der Kunde nahtlos in die Konzeptphase übergehen. Alle Erkenntnisse fließen in die Konzeptphase ein. Die drei Phasen können einzeln oder als Gesamtpaket gebucht werden.
Durch den Check-Up erhält der Logistikverantwortliche Klarheit darüber, ob sich eine automatisierte Logistiklösung für ihn lohnt und was sie ungefähr kosten würde. Entscheidet er sich dafür, kann er in die nächste Phase der Logistikplanung, die Konzeptphase, einsteigen. Alle Ergebnisse des Check-Ups fließen in die Konzeptphase ein.
