    We believe that a good planning process needs a clear and transparent structure. That is why we have developed the three-phase plan. It helps you to future-proof your internal logistics.

    Three-phase plan for our logistics consulting

    We help you to find out whether automating your intralogistics is worthwhile!

    We work with you to develop a solution vision for your intralogistics during a short and intensive planning phase. The aim is to give you clarity as to whether or not investing in an automated warehouse solution would be worthwhile. To this end, we discuss initial concept ideas with you so that possible solutions are already tangible.

    You receive this planning service at a fixed price of €7,500 plus travel expenses.

    The check-up includes the following services:

    • Rough determination of target data
      Based on your information, the material flows are roughly analyzed and recorded in a material flow overview.
    • On-site workshop
      The workshop is the central component of the check-up. We work with you to develop a vision for a suitable logistics concept on the basis of the defined data. We take into account the structural conditions and discuss the opportunities and risks of the proposed technical solutions during the workshop.
    • Sketching the solution idea
      Following the logistics planning workshop, we document the results and produce an initial layout sketch of the proposed solution. This already gives an idea of the future system and the space required at this stage.
    • Rough budgeting
      In addition, an initial investment budget is determined so that you can estimate the profitability of the project.
    • Handover of documentation and final presentation
      At the end of the check-up, we present the compiled results in a presentation. The next steps are an important component: these are recommendations for action that you can implement directly.

    Together we will find the best concept so that you can decide whether the investment is worthwhile.

    The concept phase includes the following services:

    Logistics planning: workshops to ensure the best solution wins

    In our experience, workshops are an excellent way to develop the new logistics concept with the right people in a targeted manner.

    In addition to developing the technical solution, it is just as important to take the right team with you on the journey. After all, people who have actively worked on a solution themselves will support its implementation much more intensively than if you are only presented with it as a finished concept.
