    The check-up includes the following services:

    • Rough determination of target data
      Based on your information, the material flows are roughly analyzed and recorded in a material flow overview.
    • On-site workshop
      The workshop is the central component of the check-up. We work with you to develop a vision for a suitable logistics concept on the basis of the defined data. We take into account the structural conditions and discuss the opportunities and risks of the proposed technical solutions during the workshop.
    • Sketching the solution idea
      Following the logistics planning workshop, we document the results and produce an initial layout sketch of the proposed solution. This already gives an idea of the future system and the space required at this stage.
    • Rough budgeting
      In addition, an initial investment budget is determined so that you can estimate the profitability of the project.
    • Handover of documentation and final presentation
      At the end of the check-up, we present the compiled results in a presentation. The next steps are an important component: these are recommendations for action that you can implement directly.

    How much | Costs

    The costs amount to a lump sum of 7,500 euros plus any incidental and travel costs.
    Approximately five person days (excluding travel time) are realistic for this level of planning.

    The Logistics Planning Checkup is aimed at logistics managers who need to expand or optimize their internal logistics but are not yet clear about the future concept. In particular, they ask themselves whether automated intralogistics is worthwhile for their company.

    The costs for the check-up by the logistics planning professionals from Unitechnik amount to a flat rate of 7,500 euros plus any incidental and travel costs incurred.

    The time required for logistics planning at Unitechnik is approx. 5 days and is divided between preparation, on-site workshop, conception, coordination and documentation. The total duration is approximately one month, depending on the response time on both sides.

    The compact logistics planning "Checkup" is limited to the two phases of basic evaluation and concept development. Moreover, these are not run through in such detail. The aim of the checkup is to make a basic decision, while the 3-phase plan designs a detailed solution.

    The check-up gives the logistics manager clarity as to whether an automated logistics solution is worthwhile for him and what it would cost approximately. If he decides in favor of it, he can have a concrete concept drawn up using detailed logistics planning. If Unitechnik is commissioned (logistics planning according to the 3-phase plan), the costs for the check-up are taken into account.
