The first 'Long Night of the Industry' in the Obergischen Kreis (district in the German State of North Rhine-Westphalia) was a complete success. The Unitechnik Company shared the full measure of this achievement. On June 09, 2016, about 90 visitors of all ages were eager to have an offstage look at our company. We were happy to satisfy their curiosity. Among other techniques of interest, they discovered how our logistics systems complete a delivery in 24 hours and how we plan and build a control cabinet. Many of our guests marveled at the way we use our tele maintenance system in Wiehl (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany) to control our systems in all corners of the world.
Our apprentices illustrated our business model with a particularly vivid demonstration of their Lego project. Using LEGO Mindstorms, they were able to clone and program an entire warehouse. Our job center for this event was ready to welcome everybody who got excited and wanted to be part of our teams. At the job center, we discussed careers and training opportunities at Unitechnik.
