We have had an office in Dubai since 2007. From it we support customers throughout the Middle East and implement automated logistics and air freight centers as well as solutions for production logistics. We are happy to be able to look back on ten successful years.
Everything started with two employees and a container on the Dubai Flower Center construction site. When it was founded, our subsidiary was to be merely a service office. The goal: To provide seamless maintenance and operative support to our customers on site. Ten years and just as many major projects later, Unitechnik FZE employs a staff of 17. It is located in the strategically well-situated Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA). Our office now acquires and supports its own orders and has established itself on-site as a reliable partner for air cargo and intralogistics systems. Many well-known companies already depend on our automation competency in the Middle East. Among them the logistics service provider INL, the packaging and filling machine manufacturer SIG Combibloc, and the Muscat airport in Oman. Unitechnik FZE currently expands a catering system for Emirates Airlines in Dubai. It is the largest flight kitchen in the world and we will double its capacity.
