Designing needs-oriented maintenance intervals

An increasing number of components from multiple manufacturers in highly networked logistics facilities: our customers increasingly face this scenario. We at Unitechnik recommend planning based on usage-based data to optimize maintenance intervals scheduling. Conveyor technology or SRMs will, for example, be serviced only once they have exceeded or will soon exceed a certain number of operating hours or machine movements.

Evaluating the historic data of all system components is the first step in usage-based maintenance. The material flow calculator (an integral component of UniWare) is the first reference point here: all intralogistics data is combined here, whether it comes from automated warehouse areas, from machines, or from ground conveyors. The most suitable time for usage-based maintenance of the complete system is then calculated on the basis of this data, and is then coordinated jointly with the customer.

Our trained service staff will be happy to talk with you about our comprehensive service concept. Together we will ensure smooth intralogistics processes and maintenance of your machine elements.
