What counts when planning a logistics facility? What needs to be considered in choosing the technology? How can intralogistics be adapted to a changed business model? Participants received answers to these questions at our first Logistics Day in Dubai, organized by us in cooperation with Logistikberatung Neef. A total of 45 industry visitors from various sectors followed the invitation to the logistics center of Integrated National Logistics (INL). Three technical presentations and a tour of the deep-freeze warehouse offered extensive insights into modern intralogistics processes. Unitechnik’s presentation was given by our sales director Michael Huhn, who spoke about the benefits of automated logistics centers and modern warehouse management systems. Great interest among the participants showed us that the need for information and best practice examples in the warehouse automation field is very high across different industries. So nothing stands in the way of the next Logistics Day.
