Paperless, ergonomic and intuitive
All production processes can be controlled centrally and visualized in detail via the new, individually configurable user interface. Intuitive operation via all modern end devices brings the information to the workplace. Whether smartphone, tablet or large screen - information is passed on paperlessly at the point where it is needed.

Increased productivity
The UniCAM.24 master computer enables users to increase productivity in the production of precast concrete parts. Optimized pallet assignment, efficient path control of the machines and cycle time homogenization increase the performance of the plant.
New in UniCAM.24: The new Performance Dashboard displays various performance data over time, enabling weak points to be identified. The systematic evaluation of fault messages serves to increase plant availability.
Modern quality management
Checklists and photo documentation document the production process and help to ward off unjustified complaints or to identify weak points in the operation. On the one hand, laser projection helps to increase efficiency in production, but it can also be used well for final inspection. Laser projection systems are completely integrated in UniCAM.24.
New in UniCAM.24 is function Element Check Pro. The overlay of the pallet photo with the CAD drawing enables a quick and effective check of the pallet before it moves to the concreting station. After the finished element is lifted, the worker can use a comment function to describe defects and staple them to the position of the virtual element with one click. The entire element history is stored in the master computer.
Stock management made easy
Another new feature is the Easy Storage function. Under this name, storage management, which has already been implemented in many projects on a customer-specific basis, becomes an integral part of UniCAM.24. The function enables the individual creation of an external storage topology. Elements are placed in a free space and booked to the storage location by means of a forklift terminal. They can then be found again via the order number. Another advantage is offered to customers who want to load their outdoor warehouse via a gantry crane: The connection of automatic storage and conveyor technology is prepared with "Easy Storage" and is implemented on a customer-specific basis.
Flexible modernization
With UniCAM.24 embedded, it will also be possible in the future to provide UniCAM functionalities under a third-party host computer - for example, on the Beckhoff PC of the shuttering robot controller and as a mini PC in the control cabinet. This innovation enables a variety of retrofit scenarios and gives plant operators the option of combining systems from different manufacturers.
