The Unitechnik hotline provides immediate assistance in the event of system faults. When you call the hotline, you reach an experienced automation expert directly (no call center). Our service staff will analyze the cause of the fault together with the caller. By dialing into the automation system, our experts can quickly isolate the fault.

The top priority is to rectify the fault quickly so that the system can be put back into operation as soon as possible. In most cases, the fault can be rectified remotely or with the support of local personnel.

If an on-site visit is necessary, our service employee will make his way to you immediately.

    Unitechnik carries out maintenance on the electrical equipment and mechanical components of your system. Regular preventive maintenance of the system technology is essential to ensure the functional condition of the systems and to avoid cost-intensive downtime. Preventive system maintenance can also drastically minimize maintenance (repair) costs and thus the overall operating costs.

    Unitechnik offers an inspection service to carry out a thorough assessment of a system. A specialist inspects the system and checks the entire electrical equipment, conveyor technology, steel construction and racking systems. The scope of the inspection is determined in advance. Maintenance and servicing measures can then be planned on the basis of the detailed and illustrated documentation. Of course, the customer can also assign their own maintenance personnel to work through the defects.

     

      Spare parts service

      Unitechnik takes care of the provision of spare parts and the repair of devices. Even during the implementation phase of our projects, we advise the customer on the stocking of spare parts. It is important to find the right balance here. On the one hand, spare parts are dead capital. On the other hand, however, they are an assurance that we will be able to react quickly in the event of a defective part and thus keep system downtime to a minimum. Based on our many years of experience in service, we can recommend a sensible spare parts package and offer it to you at a fair price.

      If a spare part is required to rectify a system downtime, we will obtain the part for you as quickly as possible and ensure that it is on site within the shortest possible time. If necessary, the part will be installed directly by a Unitechnik service technician.

      If devices such as printers or hand-held scanners are defective, Unitechnik organizes the repair by the manufacturer. This means that the customer has only one point of contact for all spare parts issues.
