Planned by experienced electrical designers and manufactured in our own switchgear construction department, we produce control systems that are characterized by high availability and ease of maintenance.

Over 30 years of experience in the precast concrete industry enables us to create the software for these control systems very efficiently. Many tested standard modules relieve us of routine tasks and give us the scope to realize the individual requirements of each plant.

The control system is roughly divided into the circulation control, the robot(s), the concrete spreader and other machines. The circulation system represents the logistics of the plant. Pallets must be in the right place at the right time. The key success parameters here are: safety, user-friendliness and energy efficiency. Voice-switchable and graphic-oriented touchscreen operation significantly reduces training times and prevents operating errors.

The shuttering and deshuttering robot, on the other hand, has completely different requirements. Here, up to 7 axes have to be controlled highly dynamically and extremely precisely. Before demoulding, the pallet is measured with millimetre precision. In addition to precision, the aim is to achieve the shortest possible cycle times.
