The Unitechnik hotline provides immediate assistance in the event of system faults. When you call the hotline, you reach an experienced automation expert directly (no call center). Our service staff will analyze the cause of the fault together with the caller. By dialing into the automation system, our experts can quickly isolate the fault.

The top priority is to rectify the fault quickly so that the system can be put back into operation as soon as possible. In most cases, the fault can be rectified remotely or with the support of local personnel.

If an on-site visit is necessary, our service employee will make his way to you immediately.

    Inspection and maintenance

    Unitechnik carries out maintenance on the electrical equipment and mechanical components of your system. Regular preventive maintenance of the system technology is essential to ensure the functional condition of the systems and to avoid cost-intensive downtime.

    Unitechnik offers an inspection service to carry out a thorough assessment of a system. A specialist inspects the system and checks all the electrical equipment, conveyor technology, steelwork and racking systems. The scope of the inspection is determined in advance. Maintenance and servicing measures can then be planned on the basis of the detailed and illustrated documentation. Of course, the customer can also assign their own maintenance personnel to work through the defects.

    Spare parts service

    Unitechnik takes care of the supply of spare parts and the repair of your appliances. As early as the planning phase of our projects, we advise you on the optimum stocking of spare parts. It is important to find the right balance here: On the one hand, spare parts tie up capital; on the other hand, they enable a rapid response in the event of a breakdown and thus reduce the downtime of your system.

    Thanks to our many years of service experience, we can offer you a recommended spare parts package at a fair price. If a spare part is required to rectify a system downtime, we will procure it as quickly as possible and ensure that it reaches you in the shortest possible time. If required, the spare part will be installed directly by one of our service technicians.

    In the case of defective devices such as printers or hand-held scanners, Unitechnik organizes the repair by the manufacturer so that you always have a single point of contact for all questions relating to spare parts.
