Spare parts service
Unitechnik takes care of the provision of spare parts and repair of devices. Already during the implementation phase of our projects we advise our customers concerning the stocking of spare parts. Here the key is to find the proper balance. On the one hand spare parts are dead capital. However, on the other hand they assure that with a malfunction of a part, you can react swiftly and therefore, keep the installation downtime short. From our many years of experience in service we recommend a useful spare part package and offer you this at a fair price.
If a spare part is needed to remedy an installation down time, we provide you with the part as soon as possible and will make sure that it arrives at your end within the shortest possible time. If needed, the part will be built in directly by a Unitechnik service technician.
If devices, such as printers or hand scanners are faulty, Unitechnik organizes the repair through the manufacturer. This way, the customer only has one contact person concerning the subject of spare parts.
